Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged goods, please report it to Customer Service within 48 hours. Retain the item and packaging for claim purposes.

Once reported, we will initiate a claim, which usually takes 8-10 business days to process. Do not discard the damaged product or packaging, as an inspection may be required.

Replacement items may be provided at no cost depending on the claim outcome. Farmandtrail.com is not responsible for labor costs or project delays caused by damaged goods.
